Kisha Alexis Ross has served as a mentor, trainer, and coach in professional settings for over 10 years. 

In 2022 during the midst of the global pandemic, Ms. Ross began aggressively pursuing her life-long dream to launch a small business offering career guidance, professional development and mindset coaching. 

Kisha Alexis Ross is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs/MBTI® personality assessment, Myers-Briggs/MBTI® Certified Practitioner (MBTI-2023-T771857), June 2023.  Her academic credentials include a multi-disciplinary M.A. with an emphasis in Sociology from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in Political Science from Biola University.
